The Culinary Arts Club of Stafford International school held a Halloween workshop on Sunday the 31st of October 2021 from 2pm to 4pm.
The Culinary Arts Club of Stafford International school is a club which focuses on inculcating artistic talents via the kitchen. The club aims to encourage students to cook, bake and eat healthy.
During the Halloween workshop, members learnt how to make three different types of food in their unique Halloween costumes: spooky hotdogs, eerie eyeball pops and creepy popcorn. While learning how to make these items, they also learnt the importance of reading and understanding different foods and their labels, food hygiene and food safety skills. They also discovered their talents for cooking and had their first taste of what it feels like to be a chef.
