What is corona?

The COVID-19 is caused by a virus called Coronavirus and is in a family called coronaviridae.
COVID-19 is caused by a virus, NOT by bacteria.

Origin of corona.

The novel corona virus is said to have originated from a seafood market in China, Wuhan, where wildlife was sold illegally.
It is not known yet which animal is responsible, though many reports suggest it to be snakes.

Distribution of corona

Current evidence suggests that the virus spread mainly between people who are in close contact with each other, typically within 1 metre (short-range). A person can be infected when aerosols or droplets containing the virus are inhaled or come directly into mouth, nose or eyes. The virus can also spread in poorly ventilated and/or crowded indoor settings where people tend to spend longer periods of time. This is because aerosols remain suspended in the air or travel further than 1 metre long.

These countries are infected by corona-

Thailand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Australia, Macau, France, United States, Germany, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Vietnam, Cambodia, Finland, India, Nepal, Philippines, Sri Lanka

My Corona Experience

Due to corona, we couldn’t go to school so we had to stay at home. However, school conducted online classes and that was a new experience for me. We couldn’t go outside to play so I had to play inside our house with my two brothers.

My Wish

I wish all the people in the world who have got COVID-19 will get better and survive. I also wish and pray for a world free of Corona
